Please, welcome a newcomer: a new electron-ion microscope ZEISS Crossbeam 550. Since today, both FMN Lab and BMST MT-11 Department teams are be able to create and research new products and technologies with the highest accuracy (up to 0.7 nm). 

With the new metrological equipment, promising developments of MT-11 Department students and postgraduates in the field of thin-film coatings, micro- and nanostructures will reach a qualitatively new level.
