The ICLO 2022 conference was held in St. Petersburg on June 20-24? 2022. At one of the working sessions, Alexander Baburin made a presentation on the topic "Low-loss tunable silicon nitride integrated circuits", while Ilya Stepanov presented his research results at a poster session.
