Ilya Rodionov awarded the Moscow Government Prize to young scientists

Ilya Rodionov, FMN Laboratory Director was awarded the Moscow Government Prize in “Advanced Industrial Technologies” nomination for the cycle of work “Creating a unique pilot production, development and implementation of a technological platform based on a new class of epitaxial materials for quantum computing, security systems and medical diagnostics”.
Prizes from the Moscow Government to young scientists have been awarded since 2013. Young scientists working in Moscow organizations can take part in the competition: graduate students, candidates of science, scientists, and specialists (up to 35 years old inclusive) and doctors of science (up to 40 years old inclusive).
